Oscar was absolutely amazing with helping us sell my mother’s house he was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood and helped us understand everything that goes with selling a home. Oscar was always available for questions and always had our best interests in mind! I couldn’t say great things about him 10 stars is no where enough!!!!! If your thinking on selling your home Oscar is your man!!!

We highly recommend Oscar for any real estate needs. He guided and supported my partner and me through the purchase of our first home. Oscar was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process--from touring to closing. He is an excellent communicator, answering all of our questions clearly and thoroughly and was always prompt and responsive. He is also a skilled negotiator and was able to get our closing costs fully paid for by the seller as well as a signficant price reduction.
